volume not working on remote.

Volume on remote does not work.  Everything else works fine. I tried new batteries, turning the tv off and on. I tried repairing the remote with the tv.  Still does not work.

You can pick up a new one free of charge at any of our store locations, or we can also check out options to send one out if you would like. Let me know!
