Volume Increases/Decreases by More Than One Level at a Time
Hi, when I adjust my TV's volume with the remote that came with my XG1 box it jumps two or usually three volume levels instead of one at a time. i.e. If the volume is at 10 and I press Volume +, it jumps to 12 or 13 instead of stopping at 11. The only way I've been able to get it to increase or decrease by 1 is by pressing + or - as quickly as I can, as close to the top or bottom edge of the Volume button (usually with my fingernail) but, this doesn't guarantee the desired result. I've looked into Settings and unpaired and repaired the remote but, it hasn't helped. Thank you for any suggestions/help you may be able to provide.

@JayC66 Thank you for reaching out. I can understand how this can be truly frustrating having the volume jump like that. We would love to do some troubleshooting. Is this a new remote?

Do you happen to have the XR15 remote? I had multiple XR15 remotes and when I adjusted the volume on my Sharp TV, it would jump 2 or 3 levels when I hit volume up or down. Tried multiple TV codes and had the same issues. I now use the XR11 remote and have no issues with the volume. I hit the volume button once, and the volume button goes up one level. Also, when I had a legacy box, the old silver remotes did not have any volume issues either. I guess the XR15 remotes don't like certin TVs. My parents don't have this problem with their Visio or Samsung TV.
