Volume and pixelated pic
Hi, it’s not uncommon to have issues with reception, but for last week on channel 4 Boston WBZ specifically now, the volume goes out for 10-15 seconds, or the picture pixelates and at times freezes. We get intermittent messages from xfinity about making improvements to our service, but that’s clearly not happening. Is something more happening recently? It’s incredibly frustrating.

If you are still experiencing those issues please send us a direct message with the full name and complete address for your service. You can also troubleshoot that picture quality problem straight from your Xfinity app as well.

Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.
- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
