Voice remote qvc channel vs app

My grandma likes to use the voice remote function. She watches a lot of home shopping. When she says QVC, it started opening the app rather than just switching to qvc channel. Is there a way to fix this so it just goes to the channel?

@user_att0g2 Welcome to our community forum and I think you're awesome for helping out your grandma with her voice remote :). Can you try saying "QVC Live TV" and let me know if that works?

No this did not work. It goes to QVC3. The voice command works for QVC 2 & 3 but if you just want regular QVC it launches the 3rd party app. Saying “QVC live tv” goes to QVC 3

Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Message" icon or  https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging
Click the "New message" (pen and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.
As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it
