Hello @user_lt3bve, thanks for taking the time to leave a post. Sorry, you’re having a hard time with the voice feature on your remote that can definitely get frustrating when it won’t turn off. To turn the voice control off, press the Xfinity button on the Voice Remote, scroll to the gear icon, then press OK on your remote to open the Settings menu. Choose Remote Settings, then press OK. Select Voice Control, then press OK to choose On or Off. I have also attached an article on turning Voice Control on or off on X1. Let me know if you encounter an issue following the steps.
