Voice guidance setup won't stop asking me

I've been to your place twice to replace brand new equipment that didn't work now my small box won't stop asking if I want the voice guidance I don't want to have to go back a third time this is ridiculous and I'm not paying for a technician for faulty equipment and I have to wait a week it's absolutely unacceptable
