I pay over $300 per month for my service with Xfinity. My apps were not working properly and I couldn’t watch a show in the apps. The technician said I needed a new box. So, my husband got the new box at the Xfinity store and now I can watch absolutely nothing. It is 2026 and I am getting the Voice Guidance Loop at was mentioned 3 years ago. Now I need a technician to come to my house. I pay way too much for this shoddy service. In 3 years, they couldn’t come up with a fix for this issue? Really? I am getting ready to ditch Xfinity entirely.
