Voice Guidance Loop
Previous box stopped working. After many AI chats I got an agent who said it show as “grey” and told me to take to store for replacement or they would send me one. I picked one up same day and asked, “Is this new?”. They answered, “of course”. Plugged it in and went through the prompts. Got the the Voice Guidance and chose No and it looped back to same question. Probably has happened 20 times now. Many agent calls and following their troubleshooting scripts while I read back what the screen is saying. Now a tech is coming out. I didn’t search for the problem until now and am kinda shocked that’s it’s everywhere. Really incredible this forum exists and they know about. I figured they owe me about $300 in labor. Really awful they haven’t fixed it.
