Voice controls with a non-smart tv

Will xfinity voice controls work on a NON-smart tv? I have 3 TVs. The 2 smart ones will work with voice control. I cannot find a way to make voice control work with my older non-smart Sony tv

Voice control is activated thru the TV box, shouldn’t matter if you have a smartTV or not. Are you sure you have box that supports voice control? RNG150s do not support voice.
