Voice commands

My voice commands stopped working last night. I get a message saying that I need Xfinity internet in order for it to work, but I DO have Xfinity Internet. Any suggestions?

Hi, @user_a0g435. I appreciate you taking the time to create a new post regarding a subject I know many care about. The best part of the X1 Voice remote is the ease of access it provides. With that said, I see you are running into some trouble with the error message you mentioned above. It sounds like there may be a small communication error. Have you tried a general reboot of your home network and X1 equipment? Do you have multiple X1 boxes? If so, does each box get the same error message?
