Voice button

Voice button on remote doesn’t work. All other buttons work fine. I replaced with a new remote and same problem. Getting red light when push. I have confirmed in settings that voice is ON.

Since the red light is flashing and the other buttons work, your remote is definitely sending out a signal, the issue is likely a quick communication hiccup between the remote and your TV box.

We want to get you back to hands free searching as quickly as possible. Let's try a couple of quick steps to force the remote and box to sync back up properly.

Please try these two quick fixes to see if they resolve the issue:

Unpair and Re-pair: Press and hold the A and D buttons together for three seconds until the light changes, press 9-8-1 to clear the old link, and then hold the Microphone button to walk through the on-screen pairing steps again.
