Voice activated remote not connecting to YouTube

For a few weeks now we have not been able to use our voice activated remote to access YouTube. It just goes to a black screen. Sometimes the message will come up at the bottom that says you are entering a third party app but then it goes nowhere. The work around is to use my tv’s remote. The other apps work fine like Disney plus and Hulu or Netflix. Anyone else experiencing this? Any way to fix it?

• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
