Video/audio stutters (repeats) and/or audio cuts out
X1 Service on two tvs and both experiencing the same issue.
Watching live TV and video/audio often stutters and repeats ("In today's news, traffic was backed-up all the way to..." HICCUP "In today's news, traffic was backed-up all the way to..." HICCUP "In today's news, traffic was backed-up all the way to..."). This sometimes repeats as many as 10 times in a row. Happens ALL THE TIME - no time of day or channel appears to be immune.
Almost as bad, video will play as expected but the audio stops for 2-20 seconds.
XFinity App indicates all connections are at or above standard.
Have powered off/on, unplugged/plugged, reset, changed settings, drank, yelled, prayed, cried and am now considering sacraficing one of our children if we can find the right god to make the offering to.
What gives?
And please don't refer me to a chat... If somebody would solve one of these issues (or suggest troubleshooting steps) right here in a forum then, guess what, people wouldn't have to post the same question a thousand different times.

What type of cable box equipment do you have? This sounds like a cable box failure and nothing to do with signals and such.
