Video pixilation and sound cutting out - local stations only
I’m having problems with all of the local channels 104, 105, 106, 107, and 113. Horrible pixelation issues and sound cutting in and out. I have tried all of the self-help options available including ensuring everything is plugged in and connections are tight, restarting individual boxes in the whole system. There isn’t any way to contact Comcast to ask for any type of service so I’m stuck without being able to watch local news. Not normally a big thing for me but very concerning in the middle of a pandemic where I want to know what is going on in my city and state.

I have the same problem in Sacramento area. 2-3 tmes a week we are unable to watch CBS13 live - if we watch a program WHILE IT IS BEING RECORDED we can get it just fine, but the same station live results in the "We are haing issues on our end" message and the "Try Again" box. Changing to other staions and changing back does nothing. System Refresh and resetting individual boxes does nothing. Even more frustrating is the worthless customer service robots. How do you actually get to speak to a human being? I am paying over $200/month for TV, internet and phone but the station I want to watch most often continues to have these issues.
