Upgrade to XG1v4

Would like to know how I go about getting a XG1v4 box for my 4K TV.

I called the support number and requested one.   You can also wait for someone here to invite you to send a direct message and order one that way.  You can try going to an Xfinity office, but they don't often have them in stock at stores.
