Upgrading to a 4k X1 DVR is free of charge, however, there are some requirements in order to have it work properly. We can double-check your account and get one sent out to you.

I am in the same situation. I have one 4k TV and would like to have a 4k box for it. I currently have a non-DVR X1 box with an accessory box for a separate TV. Can I also be sent a replacement 4k box? Thank you for your help!
