Unable to view HD channels - Error messages
All of a sudden, beginning on 9/21, I have been unable to view any HD channels. I keep getting an error message telling me that have to upgrade to Hd & my account only allows SD channels. (which is absolutely ridiculous) I decided to just watch Netflix. I called Xfinity and was told that they are aware of the problem and they would have it fixed today. It is now 8:30pm and it isn’t fixed. Yesterday when this started I decided to watch Netflix instead of grainy SD stations but now when I try to access Netflix I get another error message telling me that feature requires Xfinity internet- a feature I already have. Things have therefore gotten worse & not better!! When will this be fixed?????
