Unable to record the tennis channel

I can watch it live, so I know it's included in my subscription and I am able to record other channels, but there is no record button listed for the tennis channel when I try to set the DVR to record it. Please help.

Hi there, @user_d92aee We definitley want to ensure that you can have access to record all the different shows you want! When you attempt to set up the recording are you receiving any kind of error message or confliction error?-Richard

Thanks for confirming the record button is simply not available, @user_d92aee. Have you by any chance attempted to reset the DVR by using the incredible Xfinity app? Have you attempted to record the Tennis Channel by using the Xfinity Stream app?
