Unable to play recorded programs

Once the programs are recorded, they cannot be viewed as the image freezes and don't run.
Escalated 3 times.
2 Technicians could not find out the reason and unable to fix
3 rd Technician coming today to verify my connections are correct, which was done by Technician 1.
Nobody can fix this?

are you watching the video on the actual DVR (usually has a clock on the front) set top box?

Sounds like the technician may need to swap the dvr due to faulty hard drive. Can you view the cloud versions of the recording on the stream app/website?
