Ultra 4K cable box

How do I get an Xfinity X1 XG1v4 or Xi6 TV Box?  I went to my local Xfinity store today and requested a box, but the box that they gave me was the same model that I already had. How can I get an ultra 4k cable box?

We have had the same issue with 3 different boxes. Plus telling me we have a 4K but the technician took it with him.

To send a "Peer to peer" ("Private") message you may need to:

Click "Sign In"
Click the "Peer to peer chat" icon
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it
