Two years later, still having pixellation issues and signal loss with both cable tv and internet

I have had many technicians come out and try to fix the issue but it never gets resolved. I would like one technician to run a new cable to my condo.

Here are detailed steps to direct message us:  

  • Click "Sign In" if necessary 
  • Click the direct message icon
  • Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon 
  • Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list 
  • Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window 
  • Press Enter to send your message
