Two TV Boxes Not Reachable
I have 3 TV Boxes. The main one is good but the two in the bedroom are not allowing for live tv to be paused or rewinded. A system refresh advised that the two bedroom boxes are not reachable. I have done all the restart troubleshooting.

I wanted to add that when I click pause or rewind, I get this error message:
" To pause or rewind live TV, insert the card."
