Two Remotes, Two TVs, One TV Box; Doable?

I don't think so, without a second TV Box.  Pairing the Xfinity remotes pair with the TV Box (in conjunction with a paired TV) to provide on/off/volume and the TV signal feed (channels).   You would need the second TV's own remote to power it on/off/volume, but it would get the feed from the TV Box (same as the first TV) controlled by the Xfinity remote paired with the box.

I did the same thing with the HDMI splitter with 2 TVs and one box. Program the second remote to the new tv by standing in front of the tv without the box. Press and hold the I ( information ) and the Xfinity buttons at the same time for 5 seconds until the light on the remote turns from red to green and follow the prompts on the screen. Now remove the batteries from the other remote and stand in front of the receiver and do the same thing with pushing the buttons until the light changes and enter the code then “Quit” exit out and you’re done
