Two channels very distorterd on Living room TV but OK on Media Room TV
Two channels (Channel 755, DIY and Channel 815, WGN-TV) are very distorted and pixelized on our living room tv. However those same channels are very clear on our media room tv. All other channels in our package work fine on both sets.
Can you suggest a solution. The Xfinity box has been reset many times.

Thanks so much for the suggestion. I changed the HDMI cable between the cable box and the TV and that did fix the proble. I had not encounterd a partial outage due to aq

Thanks so much for your suggestion. I replaced the HDMI cable from the cable box to the TV and the channels look fine. I have never encountered a partial outage due to a faulty cable so I learned a new lesson.
