Two 2 DVR Service charges but only one 1 DVR

I just noticed I have 2 different DVR Service charges on my bill, but only have 1 DVR. One is $8.50/mo and the other is $10/mo

Hello jcrynk1, thanks for reaching out to us here with this concern. It sounds like you're being charged $8.50 for the DVR box and $10.00 for the DVR service which allows you to store more content. To be sure I am happy to look this up for you. Please send us a private message with your full name and street address so that we can access your account.

To send a "Direct Messaging" message to Xfinity Support:
• Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or https://comca.st/3kajO4e
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there
•  - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list
•  - An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

The DVR is an X1 set top box at $8.50. The DVR feature is $10/account and includes 150 hours. I have 3 DVRs so 18.50x3 monthly. If I turn in two of them swapping for non-DVR set top boxes, the charge goes down by $20/month. does that help?
