TVAPP-00352
Have had difficulty for months watching live or DVR recordings of NBA league pass games. The recordings may play car a few seconds then stop and say:
“Playback Issue :: TVAPP-00352
We're sorry, something unexpected just happened. Please try again.”
These recordings of NBA league pass games have gone from being sporadically broken to not working at all. This has been months and has extremely frustrating. The Xfinity chat assistants were no help.

Are you having this issue with any other programs?
