XFINITY is the worst we have been customers since 1988. My bill is approximately $280 a month. This company is awful. We are going to drop it soon. They were supposed to send out two new boxes and I was supposed to get them today by 2 o’clock never received them two boxes I have our obsolete. They never informed me that that was going to happen. This company is awful.agent said I will call you today at 2 o’clock to make sure you got your new boxes. No phone call who are they? Falling company is horrible.
