Sorry for this inconvenience. Are you still experiencing no picture in your bedroom? Is that TV box giving any error codes or messages? What color is your screen?
Hello @24T, Thank you for reaching out. I understand how frustrating it can be when you are ready to watch TV, but there is no picture. Have you tried checking the connections to make sure they are on tightly? Have you checked to make sure it is on the correct input? Have you tried unplugging the TV box for 10 seconds, then plugging it back in to reboot? Are all the channels black with sound?

I also have no picture on my TV. The voice is coming through but screen went black....
