An RDK-10000 error occurs when the cable box is unable to reach the modem.
Have you had the opportunity to reset your modem by unplugging it from the wall outlet for one minute?
Can you give that a try and let us know if your TVs connect?
Also check the connection at the back of all your TVs to ensure they are all finger tight and secure.
