I am seeing colored lines throughout the picture on all my TVs and all channels. There is no code error given. We have checked all the cables, unplugged and plugged back in.

@user_vk08tt Thanks for adding to the community, and for the troubleshooting. Try the update to refresh the signal being sent to the home with the link here https://www.xfinity.com/support/repair/tv/. It will also help schedule a tech if it's not resolved remotely.
