TV Xbox

Apps on TV cuts out several times a day. I have reset the box each time.

Hi user_actf65! We appreciate you reaching out on our Xfinity Forum and being a customer with us. I certainly understand how frustrating this would be, and my team would be more than happy to further troubleshoot this App issue with you. 

 

For troubleshooting purposes, what Apps are you experiencing this issue on? Is the cutting out occurring on all content/programs offered through these Apps, or only on certain content/programs (that you've noticed)?
