I'm sorry, @user_ja7ena to hear that your TV service is not working. Did you try to re-pair your TV remote?-Richard

yes. I've changed the batteries and unplugged and plugged in my tv. Just says it's getting no signal

user_nuddkv Thanks for your comment. I'm sorry to hear you're experiencing a similar issue. We'd like to help troubleshoot. Do you have a TV box connected to the TV? What kind of TV do you have?

Same problem.  A Comcast tech came to my place yesterday to set me up with a new TV box because of issues with my TV (I had been getting a message on my screen that said "there is a problem connecting to the internet").   After the tech left, my TV worked fine, but the next day (today) my TV won't turn on at all, not even an error message.  Since I cannot get a live person on the phone, I need to drive some distance to the nearest Comcast store to at least talk to someone.

Problem resolved, at least for now.  I unplugged the wire to the TV box and re-plugged, and now the TV is on.   This is a remedy I've used very often with my previous box.  I thought it wouldn't keep happening with the new box, but at least I now have my TV on.
