TV stuck on Pace No software to execute screen. Help!

Have two TVs on xfinity- main and bedroom. Bedroom is stuck on blue screen that reads “There is no software to execute”. Top of screen has grey bar with V1.12  Pace some letters/numbers then more in () Loader. Help! I did nothing on my end. My main TV works fine. I’ve tried unplugging, etc. There’s nothing I can do to get it off the screen.
