Tv stuck on one channel
Please help my tv is stuck on one channel, I tried unplugging power cable and plug several times + troubleshooting which doesn't fix the issue. I reset the remote by holding A and D down but nothing works!

You unplugged the power cable of what exactly? Should be the TV Box itself to reset/restart it to see if the issue clears up.
