Are you experiencing any error messages or codes on your screen? Have you tried powering cycling your TV box by unplugging it for 1-2 minutes and plugging it back in? Is this happening on all channels or specific channels?

I'm still having issues with my service: The reception still clicking and at same time TV voice goes out and the picture stops Intermittently.
