TV Service Out but Internet OK

This is a really weird situation, we have working internet via cable modem, but the X1 service has been lost, tv box wont even boot, support can't contact the tv box. The cable is good as I can swap the cables between modem and tv box and internet is still fine. What can cause this situation? Also, stream app works fine over internet.

So I was able to boot the X1 DVR Box by unplugging the HDMI first and then plugging it back in when the time shows up. Whisky Tango Foxtrot.

@user_abe529 Thank you for reaching out and bringing this to our attention. I can understand how this would be frustrating. The X1 signal is different from the signal for the internet. Are you still having an issue with the box booting up?
