TV service is freezing for many seconds

At various times during the day, my TV screens freezes for many seconds and then starts playing again. Can you please fix this problem? I'm told it's happening to many customers that live near me.

The problem eventually goes away so I haven't done anything to resolve it. I'm told my another customer that it's an Xfinity problem because they are doing upgrades in our area but it has been going on for many weeks and isn't getting any better
