@user_367756 I'm sorry to hear of your broken and lost remotes. You can pick up replacement remotes at any of our Xfinity stores today! We can also mail out replacements to you. Can you please direct message me your first and last name along with your full service address so that I can assist? Here's the detailed steps to direct message us:
• Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Direct Message” icon (upper right corner of this page)
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send your message.

 

In the meantime feel free to use our web remote. I have a link on how you can access the web remote and how it works. I've had to replace remotes as well and it's my go to backup until a replacement arrives. https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/x1-accessible-tv-remote-web-app
