TV problem

Last Friday I called Xfinity and spoke with a representative. He was unable to help me over the phone and told me a technician would be at my home Saturday morning between eight and 10. One no technician showed up. I called Xfinity again and spoke with him. He promised to call me back within an hour, and I never heard from him. I have no other recourse than to ask for help here.

I recently got a new remote control, but for some reason now I can’t control the volume. And I cannot mute it.

Here's the detailed steps to direct message us:

I recently got a new remote control at the Xfinity office in Spokane. Everything was working fine except now I cannot control the volume and I cannot mute the sound.
