TV Pixelation is so bad

Can someone tell me why my tv has pixelation issues?  Several months ago, Xfinity told me there was a problem in my line and that a new line would have to be installed from the box to my house.  After that was done the tv started to have issues with pixelation.  Tech came out and told me that they had to re-install cable from the box to my house.  After they buried the cable for the second time (tearing up my lawn again) my tv started to pixelate again.  Right now it is so bad that the picture just freezes.

Hello, @user_2429ph. Thanks for reaching out to our Community Forums. Pixelation on your TV can be an indicator of a poor signal due to cable connections, weather, signal interference, and other factors. Have you tried restarting your Xfinity TV box, and ensure the cable connections from the outlet to the box are finger tight?

Disconnecting the surge protector worked for me.
