Tv Pixelating
TV is pixelating except while streaming, I tried all the fixes. Do I need a new DVR box. Plus they added two poles going by my house. It’s been doing this since national grid pulled wires.

All the possibilities you mentioned are very good examples. A few basic troubleshooting questions, have you tried completely restarting your current TV box (unplug from the wall, not the back of the device) and seeing if that helps? If not, that would be the first thing to try. If you have, we can proceed to step 2, which would be checking all connections to your TV box, make sure all of them are finger tight (as tight as you can get them without using tools). If you have tried both of these, please let us know, and we will dig deeper.
