tv pixelating

Live channels are pixelating - sound and picture. Seems to be worse when more internet usage happening simulanteously. I've spent all day trying to figure out how to schedule a tech visit. I can't even speak with a human. I'm on the most frustrating endless loop. Xfinity please help. My husband wants to cut the cord even more since we can't even watch TV!

Everyone is having this issue but sadly Comcast/Xfinity will not admit that it is on their end. They seem to always go the route of throwing things at the wall and see what sticks instead of actually fixing the issue. Instead of just fixing it they will make you replace every cord and box you have and waste days and days just to have the issue come back and still not admit that it is on their end. They will blame your equipment but guess what...if everyone is having this issue then "common sense" would say that it is on their end but good luck having them admit that. We all just have to hope that they can get their stuff together and actually fix it because it has been a pain lately watching anything with all this pixelations.
