TV outage reporting
My TV service has been interrupted. Internet is working and no service outage is detected but my box only shows "One Moment Please" message on all channels. Nowhere can I find someone to report this to. It might be handy to have a way of reporting an outage that the machines don't detect.

To send a "Peer to peer" ("Private") message:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Peer to peer chat" icon
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
