TV out but internet works

I have two Xfinity TV boxes.  Both show "no signal" yet my internet which comes on the same cable is fine.  Rebooted both TV boxes multiple times, no joy.   I tried Xfinity Troubleshooting but it says "no outages in your area".   What can I do next?
