TV & On Demand Keep Freezing & Getting Fuzzy

For at least two weeks now, certain channels have been freezing at points, most noticeable CNN.

Now we are noticing lower visual quality at points on our cable boxes, like watching streaming when it loses bandwidth. Our In Demand is freezing and cutting out, download speeds are dropping. It is not internal.

I know this was an issue that was occuring for a lot of customers last week. I wanted to reach out and touch base with you to make sure your services are working. 

 

Are you still exerpecing any issue like you posted?

Same issue here. Very low quality and freezing. It's sad after paying so much for service.
