Tv not working
I changed my modem that they sent me and upgraded my TV plan and I have been trouble shooting for 2 days now and unable to talk to a live person to resolve the tv connection. No matter what troubleshooting steps it says there seems to be trouble. I just want to talk to someone. I am literally about to cancel my 300 a month subscription
