TV not finding/seeing Xfinity cable box thru HDMI

2 of 3 TVs work fine.  Main SAMSUNG TV not seeing or finding xfinity cable box.  Cable box has blue flashing light; what I can see on TV is a loop:  

Welcome… spinning circle… spinning circle… 

Had xfinity ping the box remotely; no issue.  

Checked connections and tested HDMI cable; no issue.

TV and cable box not talking.  

Completed HDMI troubleshooting; no issues.  

Tightened connections. 

Cable box blue light is flashing.  

What I see on TV is a loop:  Cable box starts… I see “Welcome…” I get the spinner… then it starts over.  

SAMSUNG TV then tells me to troubleshoot the connections… 

And the wheels on the bus go round and round.
