Tv no work

About 90% of the time I turn the tv on it way “connecting to you device” with 3 dots and never goes further. I’ll restart the cable box and the WiFi router for 30-60 minutes (trying it 3-10 times) and finally if I get luck it will broadcast live tv. What going on? The WiFi is great. Something with the cable box
