Tv keeps freezing

My tv keeps freezing the picture and comes back onsaying we are having trouble connecting. It happened a week ago and they reset it and its doing it again.

user_mv5ddn Thanks for reaching out to us here to let us know about the issue you are experiencing with your TV. Can you please unplug the box from the power for 30 seconds and then after plugging it back in let me know if you are seeing the same connection error?
