TV keeps Freezing up

The techs have been out twice to figure out the issue.  They change all the connections it worked for a few days and now it’s happening again.  Always around 2-3 pm.  I am about done with this company.  First it was internet and now tv.

Same here. Certain channels, always the same group of channels, freeze up, stutter, or go black and/or silent. Our internet is always fine though.

Yesterday, when I went to the website to do yet another agent chat because the same channels were freezing up again, I got a notice that there was an outage for "impaired TV service or channels". I thought that they finally might figure it out. I got a text this morning saying they fixed it but no. The same channels are still freezing up every 30 seconds or so. Why can't they fix this and keep it fixed?

@XfinityVictor no I will not, you keep telling me to do the same thing every time but it still happens.   Internet is shoty cable is shoty, I work from home and when the internet goes out I can’t work.  I pay good money for supposedly good network.   You guys are over priced for the service we get.

No problem, we are simply trying to help by looking into the tickets on the account.

Should have been fixed with all the issues.  Have issues as we type.  Always happens in the afternoon from 230 to 500. But supposedly I got the wireless stuff coming hopefully that will fix all the issues.  No coax cables.  We’ll see

What makes you think you can fix it when the techs couldn’t do it and the agents couldn’t do it.

You can help by getting this fixed.  There are plenty of people have the same issues.   All the updates are messing everything up.
